hey everyone, i thought i would post my thanks to you all now that i can get onlineat my bosses. All the cats but my beloved penny and apollo got out. Penny was in my room, which is where the fire starter, so we dont hold out much hope that she made it out when mat kicked down the door, which is what flashed the fire in my room. my TV, it turns out, was more then likely the cause. Apollo MAY have gotten out, and i may call on some of you to help me mount a search for her at some point. Patch, Gemma and Kiki had to go to the vets, gemma and kiki for smoke inhalation, but patches got badly burned, and he breathed flame into his lungs, and had his eyeballs burned. However, he is doing fantastic and may come home as early as tonight. Sadly, i dont know where we are going to put him! dad has three with him, i have two in my hotel room, mat has two in his...but when i know what we need, i will let everyone know. I love you all, and i cannot wait to see all of you soon.

You may have noticed over the past few days that getting your application to our processing staff has been, well, a little difficult. Without going into the fine detail of the matter, the US Postal Service chose to close the PO Box that's used for applications without giving any kind of notice. You may have even received an alternate address to send to during the duration of the problem, or your application may have been returned to you with an "Unable to Deliver" notice.
I'm happy to say that the matter has been dealt with, and the address posted on the Dealers Application and in the packet will now be accepting mail right away. If you've had your application returned, simply resend it with the original envelope included and we'll honour the first postmark without delay. If you've mailed your application to the alternate address, no worries, we're getting those on schedule.
If you've an concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to get in contact with staff via email and we'll fire back to you as soon as we can. (This Livejournal is -not- a recommended way to contact the staff, particularly if the matter is urgent.) Make sure when you communicate that you use the dealers-2010 address and not 2009--mail delivered to the latter may not be properly received.
Thanks again, and have a great day, night, morning and holiday!
